I drew this cartoon a while ago before we all knew that the reality of this year’s King’s Day would be even more different than expected. I thought it would still be fun to share though.

Stuart is an accident prone Englishman who has been living in the Netherlands since 2001. Even his move to the country was an unintentional accident, the result of replying to a cryptic job advertisement he found one day in a local British magazine. Yes, indeed! So true! I wonder what will happen to the circulation of all that stuff this year. I hear the local dumps have traffic jams outside them, so maybe that’s where they’re all headed.
We tried to get rid of some stuff at the dump the first-week self-quartine started. Simone was stuck in a queue for an hour :D
